ChristianMusicDaily.com learned of this news Saturday night, Nov. 19, from Stephen Yake’s Facebook posting; apparently Carman is in the ER, and prayers are appreciated.

/ 11/19/2011Im Carman’s AGENT (Ron Blackwood ) Carman was in an accident but is out of ER and resting in a Houston hotel. It was scary and pretty tough , but Angels were riding with Carman.
I had to cancel 2 concerts. Carman is a Warrior and will be making all other future concert dates. I have been in close contact with Carman and he will make it. He said to please thank everyone for their prayers. For any comments feel free to do so at

/ 11/22/2011This is incredibly strange, this morning I’m warming up by my stove in my little farmhouse in Nebraska and thought about Carmen, I used to live in Tulsa and went to the same church he went to and loved his music and ministry. I’m thinking hey I wonder what’s in wikipedia about Carmen, like 20 years later I haven’t played any of the videos or music by him in a long time so I check it out and hoping around the internet and getting onto his website and then on facebook and I see he has had an accident two days ago? Now today he’s having surgery? Dear God, I pray for such timing that you have, I love you and ask you to keep Carmen safe durring this attempt on his life and ministry.
